Founded in 2022 and officially registered under the Companies Act, 2017 as a Single Member Company, GrowthRise Solutions (SMC-Private) Limited (GRS) was built on one core belief: that SMEs deserve the same world-class digital tools and operational frameworks as global brands—without the cost, confusion, or complexity. What began as a bootstrapped service offering has evolved into a 50+ member growth powerhouse helping brands thrive across eBay, Amazon, Etsy, and beyond. Today, we manage over 100 client stores, deliver millions in annual sales, and act as an end-to-end eCommerce growth engine trusted by small startups, 6-figure sellers, and even enterprise marketplaces.

Our Founder’s Vision

GrowthRise Solutions (SMC-Private) Limited was founded by Umair Siddique, a Materials Scientist with a sharp eye for systems—and a Success Coach with a heart for people. He saw too many passionate eCommerce sellers stuck in cycles of chaos, overwhelmed by problems they couldn’t name, let alone fix. So he did what scientists do: broke it down, built a better system, and proved it works—again and again.

What started as one person helping a few sellers has grown into a trusted partner for hundreds – turning his solo consultancy into a global growth partner for 300+ clients across the US, Israel, Canada, and Japan..
