Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong understanding of the amazon marketplace, seller metrics and ranking factors.
• Computer literacy and proficiency.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented with a keen eye for market trends and demands.
• Familiarity with related tools etc.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage E-commerce stores in the US market.
• Taking full responsibility of managing tasks timely and effectively ensuring the quality of work.
• Maintain accurate records and report.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Conducting regular market research and competitive analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
• Efficiently manage inventory to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.
• E-commerce warehouse, processing orders and customer engagement techniques.
• Responsible for efficient inventory management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 – Rs150,000.00 per month
