Welcome to GrowthRise Solutions (SMC-Private) Limited (“GRS”). By using our website, services, or engaging with our team, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to ensure a clear, fair, and secure working relationship for all parties involved.
1. Scope of Services
GRS provides eCommerce and digital business services, including but not limited to:
- eBay, Amazon, and Etsy account setup and management
- Virtual assistant services
- Digital strategy and consulting
- Customer support and fulfillment workflows
- Other custom services agreed upon in writing
All services are outlined and agreed upon via email, contract, or invoice before work begins.
2. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Give access to relevant platforms (eBay, Amazon, Etsy, etc.)
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Make payments as per agreed timelines
GRS is not responsible for delays or results impacted by missing or inaccurate inputs from the client side.
3. Confidentiality
We treat your business information, platform credentials, and strategic data with full confidentiality. We do not share or disclose client information with third parties unless legally required or authorized by you.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made as per the agreed terms (monthly, milestone-based, or fixed project).
We accept payments via official invoicing methods. Late or failed payments may result in paused services.
5. Service Modifications & Termination
Either party may request changes to the scope of work, subject to approval and possible revised pricing.
You may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ written notice. Any work completed up to that point will be invoiced accordingly.
GRS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Terms are violated
- Abuse or inappropriate conduct is shown toward our team
- Fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected
6. Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to deliver outstanding results, GRS is not liable for:
- Platform policy changes (eBay, Amazon, Etsy, etc.)
- Third-party service disruptions
- Account suspensions due to prior client activities
- Lost revenues or indirect damages
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the past 30 days for the affected service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Rawalpindi, Punjab.

Refund Policy

At GRS, we take pride in delivering services that drive results and satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services and time-based consulting, we apply the following transparent and fair refund policy:
1. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once initiated:
- Virtual assistant hours
- eCommerce account management
- Custom strategy sessions
- Ad campaign setups
- One-time optimizations or consultations
- Platform integrations and automation setup
This is due to the manual hours, tools, and resources deployed upon activation.
2. Eligibility for Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered under these conditions:
- You cancel within the first 3 days of service AND no major deliverables were completed
- There was a billing error on our side
- The agreed-upon scope was never started (due to internal issues on our end)
Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with supporting context.
3. Disputed Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or did not authorize a payment, contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within 3 business days.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension and blocked access to future services.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer, Payoneer, etc.).
5. Service Guarantees
While we strive to meet KPIs and growth goals, no agency can legally guarantee platform outcomes (sales, traffic, or account reinstatements), especially given the evolving nature of marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, or Etsy.
Our team, however, remains committed to solving issues, adjusting strategies, and supporting you every step of the way.
